Malvern East is Getting a New Set of Twins


LBD’s New Dual Occupancy Project will fill a vacant lot with pizazz in the coming months.

Malvern Road, in Malvern East, is slowly being given a facelift with new, state-of-the-art homes, and this one will have exceptional street appeal on a grand scale.

As you traverse up the central staircase to the first floor, there’ll be a TV/Rumpus Room to greet you, a large second bedroom with ensuite, and two smaller bedrooms (with a main bathroom as well).  Built-in robes, and under-stair storage will allow for loads of hiding places, and organised stowage.

Light will amply shine through every custom-made window, the render work will marry beautifully with Stegbar’s design features, and there’ll be plenty of ducted warmth and refrigerated cooling to keep every living zone comfortable and cozy.

The Architects, Sugar and Company Architects, have created these Dual Occupancy Townhouses with incredible detail.  They’ll feature 2Pak Cabinetry throughout, with stone benchtops, elegant gas fireplaces with loads of aesthetic appeal, and six-star double glazing for increased energy efficiency in the bedrooms upstairs.  The first floor will also feature rendered polystyrene exterior walls, that will be carefully crafted to look exactly in tune with the lower level blockwork.

The engineered timber flooring and staircase, solid core doors, and herringbone patterned outdoor areas will add style, and leave the owners with nothing to do but enjoy their new homes for many years to come.   And the living will continue to be easy with a ducted vacuum system, and a remote-control button to elevate the garage door as you enter the rear lane, heading for home.  And last, but not least, these twins are situated just off the Monash Freeway, so getting to the hub of the CBD will be an absolute breeze.
